Our Policies

HOTEL STEVENSON POLICIES

>Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM, and check out time is 11:00AM.

>Our early check in / late check out add-on is not guaranteed, and based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate this request, you will be notified if we cannot.

>A deposit equal to 50% of total reservation (plus taxes) is required at time of reservation and remaining balance due 14 days before your arrival which will be automatically processed on the credit card on file.

>Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy: We understand circumstances change which make cancellations unavoidable. However, due to the size of our small boutique hotel, last minute cancellations are difficult to fill and we may have already turned business away.

>$25 cancellation fee per room per reservation.

>Cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival (50% deposits are refundable, less the cancellation fee).

>Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival at Hotel Stevenson will result in forfeit of initial 50% deposit.

>Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival at Hotel Stevenson will result in forfeit of entire reservation fee.

>Group Bookings, Room Blocks and Events Cancellation Policy:
>Reservations of 4 or more rooms from 1 individual or credit card holder is considered a Group Booking.

>Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival (50% deposits are refundable less the applicable $25 cancellation fee.)

>Group / Event Cancellations made within 30 days of event / arrival are 100% non/refundable including deposit.

>No-shows: If you do not arrive on the confirmed reservation date we will deem your reservation as a no-show. No-show fees will result in forfeit of entire reservation fee.

>Rates are per night per room

>Rates are subject to change

>Each room accommodates two people with the exception of Room 7 that allows 4 with the pull out couch. Additional guest fee of $40.00 if approved.

>Well behaved Dogs are welcome in 1st floor rooms (rooms 1/2/3 only) no more than 1 dog per room and must weigh less than 50lbs. A $30 pet fee per pet is applied to reservation. Guests traveling with their dog must include the pet fee at the time of booking and are required to sign our pet policy upon arrival. Undisclosed pets result in a fine up to $250.

>We are a non-smoking facility and do not allow smoking on the premises. If evidence of smoking is discovered in your guest room, a fee of $350.00 would be applied to your account.

>Please note, we are small boutique hotel and request our guests respect other guests by keeping noise level down around 9:30pm.

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
14 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 50 pounds. Well behaved Dogs are welcome in 1st floor rooms #1/#2/#3, and not more than 1 dog per room and weigh less than 50lbs. A $30 pet fee per pet is applied to reservation. Guests traveling with their dog must include the pet fee at the time of booking and are required to sign our pet policy upon arrival. Undisclosed pets could result into fine up to $250. Pet owners agree to keep their animals under control at all times and accept responsibility for any and all injury or damage caused by pet. This includes barking that may disturb other guests resulting additional pet fees.
